>Korea: Pity Party

Why so glum chum? Well it was another rainy weekend (ahem… long weekend at home) here in Korea and to avoid the rainy day pity party in my apartment I visited a museum. Now usually visiting museums when travelling is not my favoured way of learning about a new environment. I really like to just walk around and learn about the environment… and what is going on right now. But let’s be real, walking around with an umbrella can only happen for so long before you are sporting some good old soggy clothes.

The National Museum of Korea is a good dig for a rainy day. I really enjoyed the architecture of the building… I enjoyed the entry fee too…  They have large exhibits that anyone is able to check out at no cost! There are of course exhibitions that cost money. The surrounding grounds are also really nice for meandering. And because it was raining there weren’t too many people at the museum/walking outside. Anyone in Korea that wants to check it out, here is the link

Hope you have a great week!

Much love,

Anna xoxo
