Project Love Run

We are a monthly ladies running crew.
We run to brunch because it’s awesome & delicious.
Everyone is welcome from new to experienced runners!
The distance is kept to 5-7km, and the pace is one that works for everyone.
If you’re looking to clock a speedy training run this may not be for you.

About Your Crew Leaders
Anna & Filsan have been running as a pair catching sunrises with @risersruncrewto for over a year. Some of their adventures have taken them to the lengths of a 50km ultra race! They both love brunch & chatting and can’t wait to meet you!

Anna
She’s a marketing professional by day avid runner by sunrise & baker by sunset. She ran cross-country in college and university, multiple half marathons, and one ultra, the 50km! She’s been running through life since 2005 and ain’t slowing down anytime soon.
